Breeah S. Carey, M.S., CCC-SLP

Founder, Director

As the Director of B.E.S., Breeah S. Carey, M.S., CCC-SLP, brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to the field of speech-language pathology. A New Jersey native, Breeah's early interest in serving her community was sparked by her mother's work in education. She established a solid academic foundation at Purdue University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and minors in psychology and Spanish. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on individuals with communication differences, Breeah continued her education at Purdue University, completing a rigorous two-year Master of Science program in Speech-Language Pathology.

Her areas of focused study include pediatric language disorders, where she addresses a variety of expressive and receptive language challenges. She also possesses significant expertise in the assessment and treatment of speech sound disorders, including articulation and phonological impairments.

Furthermore, Breeah is adept at navigating the complexities of bilingual language acquisition and potential disorders in multilingual children.

Recognizing the diverse ways children develop language, Breeah has pursued specialized training through Meaningful Speech in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA), making her a skilled clinician in supporting gestalt language processors. Her comprehensive training and dedication ensure that her clients receive evidence-based and individualized care.

Parents Give Us An A+

  • We came across Breeze Tutoring by chance and I feel like we have won the lottery. Patricia's expertise was apparent from the start. She tactfully navigated my sons initial testing behaviours and managed to keep him on track for assessment all in the first meeting. She then created a plan that made sense to all of us and got to work. We have seen a considerable growth in his reading and writing skills. Not only is he contributing more in class, he seems to be enjoying it. His confidence has grown and we are delighted with his progress. Patricia arrives with a wonderful can do attitude and sensitivity to know when to push and when to change tactics. I am so grateful we found her!

    Jessica N., Jersey City

  • Breeah has been an amazing tutor. She has helped my daughter tremendously and she made the honor roll. Breeah is very well versed and communicates effectively. We are looking forward to continually working with her for the next school year.

  • Danielle was very sweet and patient with my two boys. And they always got excited when they knew she was coming. My 4-year-old won word bingo at school and my 6-year-old recently surprised everyone by breaking down and solving a math problem. Both my boys have benefited with their time with her and I would highly recommend her.
