Meet Breeah

Founder, Director, Lead SLP

As the Director of B.E.S., Breeah S. Carey, M.S., CCC-SLP, brings a wealth of Breeze Educational Services offers speech and language therapy, tutoring, screenings, evaluations, therapy, and IEP development for children. She has served families and schools in Union, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, and Morris counties.

A New Jersey native, Breeah was inspired by her mother's educational work to serve her community. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences with minors in psychology and Spanish, followed by a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Purdue University.

Her areas of focused study include pediatric language disorders, addressing a variety of expressive and receptive language challenges. She also has significant expertise in the assessment and treatment of speech sound disorders, including articulation and phonological impairments.

Furthermore, Breeah is adept at navigating the complexities of bilingual language acquisition and potential disorders in multilingual children. Her expertise includes understanding how multiple languages influence speech and language development, as well as identifying and addressing language delays or disorders within a multilingual context.

Recognizing the diverse ways children develop language, Breeah has pursued specialized training through Meaningful Speech in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA), making her a skilled clinician in supporting gestalt language processors. Her comprehensive training and dedication ensure that her clients receive evidence-based and individualized care.
